At Skolarz, we strive to deliver quality services. This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be provided.
- Applicability
Applies to all purchases made via the Skolarz website or app (courses, subscriptions, consultations, or related services).
- Refund Eligibility
- Digital Products (courses, content): Refunds only if not accessed/consumed within 7 days of purchase.
- Subscription Plans:
- Cancel within 7 days → Full refund (if no usage).
- After 7 days → Pro-rata refund not provided unless legally mandated.
- Consultations/Advisory Services: Refunds only if service not delivered or canceled by us.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Promotional/discounted purchases.
- Services already consumed in part or full.
- Third-party fees (application fees, test bookings, etc.).
- Process
- Submit refund request via [support@skolarz.com].
- Provide order ID, payment details, and reason.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.
- Disputes
If payment was made via credit card, UPI, or wallet, dispute resolution will follow the provider’s rules.
